Five Manchester City players who could leave this year
By James Fudge
Tosin Adarabioyo: Another fellow centre-back who has fallen down the pecking order following the signing of Laporte and other defenders in recent years. The youth team product has failed to make a first-team league appearance for the club, with his only starts coming in the cup and European competitions.
Now, at the tender age of the 20, Tosin will want to experience regular first-team action whether it means dropping down a division. He is unlikely to push Vincent Kompany, Nicolas Otamendi, Aymeric Laporte or John Stones aside and become a regular, considering his young age and lack of experience.
Would be an ideal signing for a team who are in need of defensive reinforcements. He will benefit from being at a club like Bournemouth, Newcastle or Crystal Palace, especially with the excellent tutorship from the managers in charge of the aforementioned clubs. Should he be sold, it is worth putting a buy-back clause should he develop into a defensive star.
Most likely destination to leave for: lower half of Premier League team
