It’s been almost 48 hours since Pep was thrown in the air, and the trophy was dropped on the ground. The players have had time to soak in the feeling of being Champions of England, and have taken to social media to celebrate.

In a world where we feel more connected, it is good to see individual players and their reaction. For us fans it was a fantastic moment. I have written about just how classy I think the celebrations were, both during and after the presentation.

Over the last few days I have looked at the Twitter reaction from both Manchester City players and ex-players. Today, it is the turn of the celebrity fans. Of course, Noel Gallagher had to get on the field, trying to be the center of attention. How about other celebrity fans reactions?

Stuart Brennan, writer for the Manchester Evening News, mixed business with pleasure for the trophy presentation.

His behind the scenes look is certainly something all City fans would have given their grandma up for to be there!

Ian Cheeseman was also there, of course. His podcasts are always a good listen for insight from ex players, including Paul Lake among others. Taking the opportunity to pose with the two trophies City won this season, and again, which true City fan wouldn’t take that opportunity.

Natalie Pike, an avid Manchester City fan, model and ex hostess of the British version of the Price Is Right. Following the side all around the world, she was unsurprisingly, at the Etihad for the trophy lift.

American Football players Derek Carr, Menelik Watson and Aaron Rodgers are also proclaimed City fans. Watson retweeted his previous appearance at the City Square with this January tweet.

Another American front and center for the celebrations wasn’t there, but you could see his gift to the club. Triple H posted a picture of a Championship belt, with the Manchester City badge of the side. Accompanied with the lines Most consecutive wins in a season. Fastest team to score 100 goals in a season. Winners of the @PremierLeague title.

In one Tweet, an American wrestler gave City more credit than many pundits and journalists in good old Blighty.
