Players Moving On:
So, technically, Eliaquim Mangala has another year left on his contract. However, the chances of the Frenchman still being at the club, or taking part in City’s 2018/19 season are slim. You can tell by his face for most of the presentation he has already been told his future lays away from the Etihad.
This season has been special for me ! I'm very proud to have contributed to conquer the title with @ManCity

I would have liked to bring more to @Everton , but unfortunately my injury wouldn't allow me to help the team..

Another player moving on from the Blues, although having much more history. FA Cup winners and now three time Premier League winner, Yaya Toure. Tomorrows game will be an emotional farewell to the Ivorian, and I am sure much will be written about it. As for his reaction to winning the Premier League? Well he summed it up in one word, ‘Mint’.
MINT!!! 💙🏆 #ComeOnCity 🙌🏾 pic.twitter.com/yTB7gIvEkg
