Don’t Worry About Me. Worry About Yourself:

If you recorded the trophy presentation, or even use a streaming service to revisit it, watch Pep. Walking up first to get his medal, he quickly retreats, quietly and respectfully, from the stage. Inching away from the center of attention, he wanted to appreciate the moment.

Preferring the players, and his staff, to get the applause as the trophy was lifted. After all the critics from last season saying that his style wouldn’t work, it would have been easy to be front and center. This season, it was ‘his style’ which not only won the League, but blew pretty much every other side, past and present, away.
