So Many Managers:

Being with Manchester City for such a long period time, you would imagine you’d have seen a number of managers. Bought by Stuart Pearce in 2006, he made his debut for the Blues in a goalless draw against Sheffield United in the Premier League. Injuries to Andreas Isaksson, and another blue legend, Nicky Weaver gave him the chance.

Loan spells to Blackpool and Tranmere saw Hart gain experience outside of the spotlight which is the Premier League. The next season, under Sven-Goran Eriksson (pictured), Hart made 32 appearances in all competitions.

Sven left at the end of the season, and in came Mark Hughes. Hart continued as first choice keeper for the Blues, and had made his England debut before Roberto Mancini came in. The Italian decided it would serve Hart best to go on loan once more, which he did. Returning from Birmingham after a good spell he was in the England squad for South Africa 2010.

From then, until Pep Guardiola, Hart has never let that number one shirt go. After wrestling it from Shay Given in the 2010-11 season he kept it through the trophies under Mancini and Manuel Pellegrini.
