Manchester City secured the title at the weekend in two parts. The first part, on Saturday, came with a dominant display against Tottenham Hotspur. After what had been a troubled previous few days, City showed exactly what they were made of by defeating the Harry Kane team.

Manchester City fans across the globe rejoiced as the third title in six years came home. Some fans have been there since the dark days and before, some only a few seasons. All are passionate about the side and were buzzing.

Over the next few days I will get feedback from the Southern Hemisphere, North America along with closer to home. After reaching out to North American and Southern Hemisphere fans to get their reactions, I moved back closer and this is what UK and Ireland fans told me.

A group from the MCFC gifts Facebook page all came good again. Ian, from Huntington spoke about the work Pep has done improving some of the talent he inherited:

"I think pep has done a great job with the players that were here before he took over, and has made players he brought in better."

Danny and Colin, both from Ireland summed up the pain of following the blues. Danny stated that ‘City never make it easy but always make us proud’ while Colin said this ’51 years a blue, through thin, thinner and thinnest times, So loving this.

I think many of us blues who have been supporting for more than a decade or two can relate to the impact on our health the blues have had!

There were a lot of reactions, as you might expect, of beaming pride. Phil, in Cumbria summed up those feelings.

"Just so proud of the superb football we are playing that has everyone talking.A Blue since 1969."

Chris, from the True Blue View page, had more of a rallying cry for the Blues going forward.

"Proper chuffed for the lads! Now time to see the end of the season out on a high and then have a better season next year with maybe some fresh faces #CmonCity"

I think all Manchester City are fans will be hoping for some new faces to improve the side. Back to back Premier League titles and maybe other trophies to fill up that trophy.
