It had to be Blue ribbons on that League Cup trophy didn’t it! 2014, 2016 and now 2018 means we go to this trophy every two seasons. I wonder who our opponents will be in 2020? Yes, it was a poor performance from Arsene Wengers side, and that’s something for Arsenal’s fans to debate.

As a Manchester City fan though, your side has to beat the other on the field, and I think Pep had his boys totally pumped for the game. From the first whistle, to the last, it was City who looked hungry for the win, and that’s exactly what they got.

So what lessons, from a City perspective, do we take from yesterdays game?
