Claudio Bravo:

The Chilean has been between the sticks for all Manchester City’s domestic knockout competitions. And, for the most part, he has been superb in that role. Maybe it was stepping out of the spotlight which has seen the change in Bravo.

Certainly last season, as with City as a whole, he was disappointing. Having let City favorite, Joe Hart go, critics were less than impressed, and rightly so. This season though he has maneuvered himself from zero to hero.

Penalty kick saves and great blocks have seen City make their way to Sunday’s Final. Certainly the slight question over his positioning for the Wigan goal on Monday shouldn’t cost him his place.
