Midfielders:

Here on in is where it gets tricky. In his press conference Pep Guardiola indicated that David Silva would not be in the side to face Leicester. With the Champions LEague game on the horizon, how will Pep set up?

For me, you have to continue with Fernandinho at the back. We missed out, for whatever reason, on Fred and Yaya just doesn’t offer that much anymore. Fernandinho has been, with the exception of one or two games, exceptional.

Kevin De Bruyne has also been fantastic this season, but has spoken of fatigue. After the few days rest, is he ready to go again? If he is, then certainly he must start, and I think he will. Ilkay Gundogan has also done a job when David Silva has been absent, so I’d expect the same against the Foxes.
