Manchester City have now made it through to the first Cup Final under Pep Guardiola. In the end it was a little tighter than we would have liked towards the final minutes. That said, a win is a win, and we won both ties for a 5-3 aggregate score line.

We have to wait another few hours to see who we will play in the Final as Arsenal host Chelsea for the second leg of the second tie. If Arsenal were to make it through, the Final will be played on the same day as both sides were meant to meet in the league.

Every game Manchester City play, we learn a little more about the side looking for the quadruple. This game was no different, so what insights came from last night at Ashton Gate?
