Manchester City: Predicted Lineup matchday 23
Attackers:
There are a lot of things working against Manchester City and the front line right now. The continuing saga of whether Alexis Sanchez will rejoin Pep has gone on for longer than needed this month for a start.
Is that designed to put Manchester City off their stride? Is it unsettling the only fit striker we have? Certainly the injury to Gabriel Jesus could not have come at a worse time as the fixture list ramped up. Hopes of completely resting Sergio Aguero against Bristol City were dashed as the Argentinian had to come on for the last twenty plus minutes, and score the winner.
I would expect him to start this weekend and, having scored the opening goal in September, he will be hungry for more.

Alongside him I would expect to see the usual dynamic duo of Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane. It will certainly be interesting to see how the Liverpool fans react to the return of Sterling who, after a couple of poor years, has found his form.
Called a snake when leaving Liverpool for Manchester in pursuit of silverware, it looks like he finally could get some trophies this season. Certainly it would go some way to silencing his critics.
