Attackers:

Sergio Aguero was certainly back on form Saturday. A player who performs when he gets a consistent run in the side is currently our only recognised striker. With a big game at the weekend the temptation would be to rest him and go with a younger player, or even a false number nine.

If Aguero does play it could suggest that the City manager is certain the arrival of a certain Mr Sanchez could happen in time for him to go straight into the Sunday side.

Next: When Manchester City Meet Bristol City

On the right, I’d go for Bernardo Silva who, like Gundo, seems to be getting close to his potential. On the left my head says we need to stay with Leroy Sane. He has been off form somewhat recently and so another run out could be beneficial for him. My Pep crazy, left field head, spring a surprise head, says we might even see something else. Maybe that youngster, Zinchenko could take a position further up the pitch for this game. See what he has to offer, because he certainly wasn’t afraid to take a shot.
