City is currently trudging along through the early dog days of their Premier League schedule, Champions League Group Stage and the excruciating Carabao Cup.

As good as they’ve looked at times it’s obvious that they’re not always super stimulated by the competition. When they’re feeling spry they deal with that by putting up 4 and 5 goal beat downs.

When they’re not, they sleep walk through 2-1, 3-2 wins. Fear not though fans, the next month or so brings City some interesting competition they should want to flex their muscle for. They have some real bangers like yesterday’s scintillating 4-2 victory over Napoli. From now until December 16 they face Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham, all huge games that may go a long way to determining the League winner.

They also have some matches versus lesser competition that they should still find worthy of a show. Playing youth in the remaining two UCL Group Stage matches and league fixtures vs. Leicester City, Southampton and West Ham should be a little more interesting than most.
