Belgium: Kevin de Bruyne, Vincent Kompany

While our Belgian prince did not score this weekend, he again was phenomenal in the center of the park, jumpstarting many of Belgium’s attacks and creating a plethora of chances for the likes of Batshuayi, Carrasco, and Hazard. De Bruyne played the full 90 minutes in the Belgians thrilling 4-3 win against Bosnia-Herzogovina this past Saturday.

Meanwhile, our captain, Vincent Kompany was not called to action, something City fans will be very happy with.

Against Cyprus, Kevin was handed a well-deserved and needed rest, but came on in the 78th minute, and helped secure their 4-0 win and officially qualifying for the World Cup.
More will be expected of Belgium this coming tournament.
