Grade: A

Manchester City gets another A grade with the capture of Kyle Walker. After letting go basically all the fullbacks City had, they had to replenish somehow. While it may be a little pricey, Walker is a proven player in the Premier League.

Year after year, the Englishman showed that he is the best right back in the league. He was a mainstay at a strong Tottenham side and still is a unanimous first choice right back for England.

It only helps that he came from the league rival Spurs. While they may feel like they have other options in Kieran Trippier and Kyle Walker-Peters, losing Walker will hurt. He is not just a player that you can replace easily. None of them replicate the physicality and pace of Walker.

This was a transfer Manchester City have been eyeing up for some time. It is nice to see a long drawn-out transfer to go through. A fantastic capture for the board.
