Winner: Chelsea

Some may argue that Chelsea lost nearly every player they were looking at this window — Lukaku, Alex Sandro, VVD, Oxlade-Chamberlain, etc. However, they ultimately replenished players in positions they needed. They got their right back — Davide Zappacosta from Torino who looks to be a perfect addition to Conte’s squad. And Danny Drinkwater, a backup DM who looks to be a solid backup to Kante (they also played together so that could help…)
