Loser: Arsenal

This one seems to be quite obvious. Arsenal were able to sign two players this window but released many more. On deadline day, they saw Oxlade-Chamberlain move to Liverpool for a hefty sum. Meanwhile, they were in need of another full-back, a CM, and a CB. However, they failed on all fronts. They might have been able to keep Sanchez for another season, but will he be able to play with the energy and passion he usually plays with? Doubtful. They lost the opportunity to get Lemar and did not get Virgil Van Dijk. A failure for Arsenal this window, and a club that looks to be going downhill.
