Of the keepers City has been linked with, Ederson seems to be the most heavily rumored to join.

For those who don’t know, Ederson is a 23-year-old Brazilian currently playing for the Portuguese club Benfica. Ederson didn’t actually feature for the first team until Julio Cesar got injured back in March of last year. Fortunately, his performances sealed his starting position and have become one of the top goalkeepers in Europe.

In terms of style, Ederson is very much a sweeper-keeper style goalkeeper. Like everyone in this list, he loves to come off of his line and is a major strength of his. He is not afraid to pass the ball out of the back, helping play transition from defense to offense with clever passes, but not being afraid to hit the ball long if need be.
