Second Center Midfielder – Ander Herrera
The 27-year-old may not bring the glitz and glamour as some other midfielders on United’s roster, but he does an endless motor on the defensive side. His 11 assists across all competitions shows his class at finding his teammates, while also being able to net a goal or two. In Manchester United’s recent win over Chelsea, Herrera frustrated Eden Hazard for most of the match, pestering him when he had the ball and knowing where Hazard was when he didn’t have the ball. With Paul Pogba out for Thursday’s match, Herrera should see a slightly advanced role in the midfield.
