Left Back – Gael Clichy

The 31-year-old Clichy has been seeing consistent playing time at left back, and deserves to start of Alex Kolarov. He has been playing well in the back-line, while also making smart decisions with the ball as City progress up field. He has added a goal this season, his first since 2014-15, while also being a reliable starter for Pep this season. I like Clichy better than Arsenal’s Nacho Monreal, and feel he should continue seeing starts for City as the season draws to a close.
