Left Back – Ryan Bertrand

Although making only 21 league appearances this season, the 27-year-old Bertrand is a deadly two-way wingback for the Saints. After joining from Chelsea in 2013, Bertrand has been a regular at left-back for Southamtpton. He still sees time with the England National Team, while getting a rest from time to time with the South Coast club. His four assists so far this season, shows his importance down the flanks, while he always adds some valuable leadership in the defensive back-line. Gael Clichy is just as good, but I give Bertrand a nod only due to his production.
