Third Midfielder – David Silva

The 31-year-old Silva is coming off some great performances against Liverpool and Arsenal respectively. His nine assists in all competitions proves his importance to the team in their attacks, while he has added six goals too. Silva is a smart passer that always takes his time to make the best pass. He has been able to influence his teammates around him, while being a regular under Pep Guardiola. Despite getting older, Silva still produces on a regular basis which sees him make this XI.
