Second Striker – Roberto Firmino

Since joining from Hoffenheim, Roberto Firmino has been one of Liverpool’s consistent players. He is close to surpassing his goal total from last season, while he has been a regular in Klopp’s line-up. With Daniel Sturridge‘s injury problems, and Divock Origi‘s inconsistency, Firmino has been able to move from an attacking midfielder to forward. The 25-year-old brings nice pace to the Liverpool attack, while also bringing a warrior mentality to the forward position. Firmino has a lot of good years coming in the future, with his role for Brazil also growing.

Manchester City will look for three points against Liverpool on Sunday at the Etihad to keep their title hopes alive. Liverpool have won the last four league meetings between these two sides, and will be favored to go to the Etihad and come home with three points.
