Manchester City look to make it four wins in-a-row in all competitions as they travel to A.F.C Bournemouth in Premier League play on Monday.

Pep Guardiola‘s Citizens’ are coming off a late 2-1 home win over Swansea City last Sunday. Gabriel Jesus shined by netting twice, including the game-winner in the 92nd minute. Bournemouth are winless in their last six matches in all competitions. Eddie Howe‘s men most recently were drubbed by Everton 6-3 last Saturday.

Prior to Monday’s showdown at the Vitality Stadium, I decided to create a best combined XI between the two sides. Players chosen are based off of form and availability.

Goalkeeper – Willy Caballero

Willy has stepped up big time since taking over for Claudio Bravo in recent weeks. Whether the Argentine will remain in net for the longhaul is another question, but he has done well in the previous couple matches. He is experienced and a good shot blocker, which has helped Manchester City concede fewer goals. Overall, he is better right now than Bournemouth’s Artur Boruc and makes fewer mistakes than Boruc and Bravo have done earlier this season.
