Left Back – Aleksandar Kolarov

The 31-year-old may be in his final season at Manchester City, but he has done well under Pep so far. He is always a threat from free-kicks providing a strong left foot. Kolarov is aggressive defensively, but smart too. I think he is a good leader for the younger defenders, and will definitely be missed in Manchester if he is gone after this season.
