The Serb gets the nod over Everton’s Leighton Baines in this position and is just as experienced. His left foot is very underrated, while his ability to produce dangerous crosses on offense also helps out his cause. He is physical and also a smart defender, despite getting older. His smarts could be useful for the youth of the team, and his versatility at CB can also come in handy.
