First Centerback – Nicolas Otamendi

Otamendi has been a plus this season, improving on his game and making others around him better. Despite struggling at times a season ago, the Argentine has formed a nice partnership with John Stones and Alex Kolarov in the heart of the defense. He is always an aerial threat in front of goal, and puts in a lot of work for the good of the team.
