Bacary Sagna

Brought in over Zabaleta to help rotate the two fullbacks. Burnley maintained more possession in the first half than the team would have planned for and he did a solid job shutting down their advances. Didn’t get into much of the attack, and obviously Clichy’s goal outshines him today. However, he picked up a yellow card around the Burnley goal that could have easily been a red card. Already a man down, and with his experience, Sagna needed to be smarted there and not risk giving the ref a chance to make that call.
