First Center Midfielder: Fernandinho

The 31 year-old Brazilian is a superb defender in the middle for Pep Guardiola. He is physical and always involved in the aerial battles with opponents. Despite his suspension earlier this season, his defensive ability allows teammates to advance in attacks. He is even good for a goal or two a season, which is an added bonus.
