Raheem Sterling: Grade – B-

Raheem Sterling has certainly been a man anew for much of this season under Pep Guardiola, but his early season form has not held as of late. In twelve league appearances for City, Sterling has scored four times and assisted twice. While a pretty impressive stat at a glance, he has not scored nor assisted once in a league match since September. This is unusual, as it would seem that a player like Sterling would become more comfortable in the new manager’s scheme as the season progressed, but Sterling has slowed down a bit.

While he is still rapid on the pitch, and a game-changer for us, I believe he is a player that we need scoring goals and creating chances in order to have a real shot at the title this season. A full power Sterling takes pressure and attention off of Aguero. While the season is still fairly young, Sterling must find his form in the coming weeks for City to hold their spot in the table.
