Left center back: Nicholas Otamendi

Like Kolarov, Otamendi is volatile in how he plays — don’t know if you’re going to get the good Otamendi compared with the bad, coming-in-late-on-challenges Otamendi. But he did a great job against Barcelona’s peerless forward three earlier in the week. And we’re inclined to think good Otamendi will appear again, who’s better than Ben Gibson of Boro.
