Third Midfielder: Ilkay Gundogan

The German international who was brought in from Borussia Dortmund in the summer is finally making moves with the first team. He has valuable skill and has built a good chemistry with some of the other City midfielders.

He, like Silva, isn’t afraid to shoot when open and can always find an open target on the field. With more playing time under Pep, he will only become a better player at Manchester City.
