Right Back: Cedric Soares

This might be a bit of a surprise choice but Cedric is another Portuguese international that is young and full of energy. He is 25 and has a lot in the tank compared to Pablo Zabaleta and Bacary Sagna. After spending time with Sporting Lisbon before joining Southampton, Cedric brings solid defending to the table and the ability to attack down the right flank.

Don’t get me wrong, Sagna and Zabaleta bring tons of experience but a fresh-legs full back goes wonders for a team.
