13) Swansea City

In the past, Swansea City’s mantra has been about the sum exceeding its parts, keeping its key pieces and building from within its academy’s ranks. Well, this summer, that philosophy disappeared. Losing Andre Ayew and talisman and Ashley Williams to league rivals puts the Swans on precarious footing.

Replacing Wiiliams is a priority and signing aging striker Fernando Llorente and Borja Baston should help. Baston especially is intriguing, as the 23-year-old scored 18 goals at Eibar on loan from Athletico Madrid.

Are these new players enough to help the likes of Lukasz Fabianski and Gylfi Sigurdsson against Manchester City though? Not likely.
