Manchester City head south to Wembley to face Sheffield United in the FA Cup semi final after a huge European win midweek.

A tough challenge ahead after a monstrous win in Europe

With the players looking shattered after a solid and professional performance, will Pep rest any of his big hitters ahead of the huge upcoming games against league leaders, Arsenal or Real Madrid?

Ortega

Even Eddie went down with cramp after an excellent goal keeping performance, so he too deserves a break with Ortega taking the spot in the domestic cup competitions.

Walker

Having seen him being dropped to the bench, bringing him back  into the starting line up allows Stones some rest as he will be absolutely crucial in the upcoming fixtures.

Akanji

One of the only players that didn’t seem to look overly exhausted towards the end of the Bayern game, I suspect we will see him in the line up.

Dias

The question everyone wants to know is, does Pep go super strong? Playing a solid defence means a certain defensive midfielder may get the rest he so desperately deserves and needs.

Laporte

With Ake potentially being side-lined for a few weeks with a hammy injury, Laporte will need game time to get up to speed before the games against Arsenal and Madrid.

Phillips

I know, controversial after his recent cameos. He has come under criticism by the Twitter brigade. However, he has barely had any minutes so of course his start with the blues has been underwhelming to say the least – first season syndrome. Could this be his chance to step up in the FA Cup semi finals?

De Bruyne

Pep may be likely to start strong in the hopes of securing a hefty lead to then allow him to make early changes. De Bruyne is always better when he plays regularly, and we’ll need him fully firing.

Bernardo

The Duracell bunny never tires and has seen great form in recent weeks. If Phillips gets his opportunity, the Portuguese can help him to control the midfield.

Mahrez

Having not seen much game time in recent weeks, and surprisingly dropped to the bench for the Champions League quarter finals, we’ll likely see his return to the starting line up at Wembley this weekend.

Alvarez

Having played all over the front line, the young Argentine would certainly be a handful – could we get a glimpse of our two cracking strikers playing together again?

Haaland

He’s unlikely to feature for the full game, however, we didn’t bring the goal machine to the Etihad to sit on the bench in a semi final.

What are your predicted line ups for the FA Cup semis, blues?
