Goalkeeper:

I am going to stick my neck out and say that Ederson will play in the game against Leicester. I do not, however, believe he will be in midfield, despite the growing injury list in that area. No Pep Pearce, Pearceola or any other combination of Pep’s name and the ex England defenders.

Playing David James upfront for the final few minutes of the last game of the season of the 2004/05 season, was borderline genius. Although the England goalkeeper committed more fouls than won tackles, it got the stadium buzzing as we almost made it to Europe, pre the billions!

Although the Catalan answer to Psycho Stuart Pearce has been known to tinker with formations and players in different positions, I think this would be too far, even for him.
