Joachim Löw takes his German side to play England on Friday. Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane will get a  run at City teammates John Stones and Kyle Walker.

Again, as with the English duo, I hope he uses Leroy Sane sparingly. Sane has been Sane-sational for City, and has run his socks off for us.

It would be nice for him to have a run out, but again, playing the full 90 against England or the Tuesday game against France, back in Germany, wouldn’t be great.

What would be good though, for City, is Gundogan getting minutes. Pep had said that the midfielder, out for most of last season with injury, gets some game time under his belt.

Injured again this season, he has come on towards the end of City games. I am sure Pep would love both him, and Bernardo Silva, to get some game time over these two games.
