First Midfielder – N’Golo Kante

Since his move from Leicester City in the summer, N’Golo Kante has continued from his success a year ago. Defensively, he may be one of the best midfielders in the league, constantly intercepting passes but also giving a shield in front of the back-line. Kante’s passion and energy in the midfield is first-class and Chelsea are reaping the benefits of having him in the squad. His addition to the French National Team is also a statement of his play the last two seasons.
